Return & Exchange Policy

  • The customer must not accept any order with a broken or tampered seal at the time of delivery.

  • Each product/garment undergoes stringent quality control and comes with quality assurance. We double-check all orders before dispatch to ensure accuracy and product integrity.

  • All returned items must be strictly unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original packaging, tags intact, and the original invoice attached with the garment.

  • Products returned without tags, with damaged tags, or missing the original invoice will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • All items purchased (except Sherwanis, Indo-Western Outfits, Jacket Sets, Waistcoats, Suits, Gift Vouchers, and Free Items) are eligible for return for a full refund within 7 working days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).

  • A ₹100 deduction will be made towards return shipping at the time of refund.

  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit (no cash or bank refund).

  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference at the time of exchange.

  • No Return or Exchange will be accepted for  Sherwanis, Indo-Western Outfits, Jacket Sets, Waistcoats, Suits, Gift Vouchers, and Free Items under any circumstances.

  •  Shipping charges are not refunded.  
  • Product Unavailability:

    • In case an order for a particular garment cannot be fulfilled due to unforeseen reasons (such as stock unavailability or production issues), the entire amount paid will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original mode of payment.

Order Cancellation:
Orders once placed on www.MagnetEthnic.com cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. The amount paid for the product cannot be refunded or adjusted against any other purchase.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Policy Point: Exchange with Lower Value Item

  • If a customer chooses to exchange an item for another product of lower value than the original purchase, no cash refund or credit card refund will be given.

  • The difference in amount will be provided as store credit only, which can be used for future purchases.

  • Store credit will be valid as per store policy (e.g., within 6 months from the date of issue).

  • Exchange Policy (Price Difference):

    • If the exchanged item is of lower value than the original purchase, the difference will not be refunded in cash or to the original payment method. Instead, the customer will receive a store credit for the balance amount.

    • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference at the time of exchange.

    • Exchange Dispatch:
      The exchange order will be dispatched only after the original item has been received and verified by our team.
    • A ₹100 shipping charge will be borne by the customer for every exchange order.
